Suka2 Terms and Conditions – A Complete Guide for Malaysia Members

1. Member Eligibility

To register and use the suka2 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration. suka2 takes the protection of minors seriously and reserves the right to request age verification at any time.
• Is an individual registering voluntarily on their own behalf, not on behalf of another person or company.
• Are not subject to any legal restriction that prohibits participation in online entertainment activities in your region or jurisdiction of residence.
• Are not currently on the self-exclusion list or responsible gaming program of any related platform.
• Having full mental capacity to make financial decisions independently and responsibly.

Suka2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any member found not to meet the above eligibility criteria, including if false information was provided during registration. suka2's decision in such matters is final.

2. Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to own one (1) active account at suka2. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including:

• Full name as stated on your identification document (MyKad / Passport).
• Exact date of birth.
• An active email address owned solely by you.
• A Malaysian mobile number registered in your name.

Identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) is required before your first withdrawal is approved. Required documents include a copy of a valid MyKad or passport. KYC is a standard security measure that protects both you and the platform from fraud.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Notify suka2 support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation.

3. Deposit & Payment

Suka2 accepts deposits via a variety of legitimate and secure Malaysian local payment methods. All transactions are processed using 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure the security of your financial data.

Accepted deposit methods include:

4. Withdrawal

Suka2 processes withdrawal requests automatically and promptly. Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the selected withdrawal method and the time the request is submitted.

Withdrawal conditions that must be met:

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is approved.
• The bank account or e-wallet registered for withdrawal must be in the same name as the suka2 account.
• Any bonus received must meet the specified rollover requirement before a withdrawal can be made.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 for bank transfers and RM20 for e-wallets.

General game rules that all members must follow:

• Game results recorded by the suka2 system are final. Any dispute regarding a game outcome must be submitted within 24 hours of the game taking place.
• Internet connection disruptions during gameplay are the member's responsibility. suka2 is not liable for any betting losses resulting from connectivity issues on the member's end.
• The use of any automated software, bots, or third-party tools to play games is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

8. Prohibitions & Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the suka2 platform and may result in immediate account termination and legal action where applicable:

• Registering or operating multiple accounts under your own or another person's name.
• Using funds derived from illegal activities to make deposits (money laundering).
• Colluding or conspiring with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the bonus system.
• Using any software or technical method to exploit vulnerabilities in the suka2 system.
• Making false accusations or fraudulent claims against suka2 to financial institutions or authorities without valid grounds.
• Spreading misleading or false information about suka2 on any public platform.
• Transferring funds between different suka2 member accounts as an indirect withdrawal method.

Suka2 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in the investigation of any illegal activity conducted through our platform.

9. Account Termination

A suka2 account can be terminated in two ways:

• By Member: You may close your account at any time by contacting suka2 customer support. Prior to closure, all active rollover requirements must be fulfilled and any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal within the specified timeframe.
• By suka2: suka2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any member found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice in cases of serious breach.

Once an account is terminated, all related data will be retained for the period required by applicable law before being permanently deleted. Any unused bonuses will be fully forfeited upon account termination.

10. Liability Limits

• Losses or damages arising from internet connection failures on the member's end.

• Third-party actions such as successful hacking attempts despite standard security measures being in place.

11. Responsible Gaming
